In this case, it allows us to be a seamless extension of your organizational goals and culture. Our coaches come prepared to elevate and equip your team. Whether the topic is specific, such as spotting conflict management triggers, or more broad, such as team building – our coaches are ready.

Moreover, clients can request additional resources. Synergistx provides both one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce the workshop content on an as-needed basis.
